Privacy Policy

Hooper is an Android logic puzzle game published by Mystery Box. Hooper does not require a user account and does not operate a game backend.

Information stored on your device

Hooper stores game progress, settings, active-puzzle state, solved-board history, solve times, streaks, achievements, and similar game data locally on your device so the app can provide its features.

Advertising and consent

Hooper uses Google Mobile Ads for banner ads and optional rewarded ads, and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and store privacy choices where required.

These Google services may process information needed for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and consent handling. Depending on device settings, region, consent choices, and SDK behavior, this may include IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from network information.

Where available, privacy choices can limit personalized advertising. Some processing may still occur for non-personalized advertising, measurement, security, or fraud prevention.

Permissions

Hooper uses internet and network-state access for consent messaging and advertising. Hooper does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or broad storage permissions.

Sharing and third-party services

Hooper does not sell your personal information. Information processed by Google Mobile Ads and UMP is handled by Google under its own privacy terms and applicable consent choices.

Children

Hooper is not currently configured as a child-directed app. If the published target audience changes, the app and advertising configuration will be reviewed for the applicable Google Play Families and advertising requirements.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains in Android app storage until it is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Data processed by Google services is subject to Google's retention practices and your applicable privacy choices.

Your choices

Where required, Hooper exposes privacy choices through the app's Settings screen. You can also remove locally stored game data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling Hooper.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Hooper's features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
