Privacy Policy for Deduce It 2

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This policy explains how information is handled when you use Deduce It 2, an Android logic-puzzle game published by Mystery Box.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Deduce It 2, package com.mysterybox.deduceit2.

2. Information handled by the app

Deduce It 2 does not require an account, sign-in, profile, name, phone number, address, or payment information. The developer does not operate a separate player-profile backend.

Solved cases, permanently unlocked cases, clue selections, logic-grid markings, tutorial status, and related progress may be stored locally on your device to provide game functionality and restore progress.

3. Advertising and third-party processing

Deduce It 2 uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements. Cases 1 and 2 are free. A player may choose to watch an advertisement to permanently unlock a later case, reveal the false witness in a liar case, or reveal a complete solution early. Checking a deduction does not require an advertisement.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app and advertisement interactions, diagnostic data, performance information, and information used for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

Google and participating advertising partners process this information under their own terms and privacy practices. Deduce It 2 does not sell personal information. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google's information about advertising technologies.

4. Consent and privacy choices

Deduce It 2 uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent where required, including for eligible users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be offered choices to consent, decline, or manage advertising preferences. The app provides a privacy-choices control whenever Google reports that it is required, and it always provides a separate link to this policy.

5. Use and sharing

Information may be used to operate the game, save local progress, deliver optional rewarded advertisements, measure advertisement performance, diagnose technical problems, improve reliability, prevent invalid traffic or fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Locally stored puzzle progress and case unlocks are not intentionally sent to the developer's own server. Information processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK may be shared with Google and eligible advertising partners, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.

6. Retention and deletion

Local progress and unlocks remain on your device until you clear the application's storage or uninstall Deduce It 2. There is no server-side game account to delete. Information processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and applicable settings.

7. Security and international processing

Deduce It 2 limits its own storage to information needed for game functionality. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK uses standard transport encryption, although no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Google and its partners may process information outside your country under their respective policies, safeguards, and applicable data-protection law.

8. Children's privacy

Deduce It 2 is a general-audience logic game and is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum digital-consent age. The developer does not knowingly request personal information directly from children.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app's features, advertising services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised policy and update date will be published here.
